My Journey & Why I Coach
My path to coaching emerged from personal experience. After 20 years in secular leadership roles here in the Pacific Northwest, I faced a life-changing health crisis in 2023 that brought me to my knees – literally and spiritually.
Unable to work or drive, I found myself at a crossroads that would transform my relationship with Christ and my approach to leadership.
Through surrender and faith, God not only restored my health but revealed a new purpose: helping other Christian leaders navigate their professional journeys while staying anchored in faith. This experience deepened my understanding of servant leadership and the unique challenges Christians face in today's workplace.
