WHAT IS Yeshua’s L.A.M.P. ?

Yeshua’s L.A.M.P. is a faith-driven leadership community based in Skagit County, created for Christian leaders in both the marketplace and ministry who desire to live out their calling with purpose, boldness, and Christ-like integrity.

L.A.M.P. stands for Leadership As Mission in Practice — because we believe leadership isn’t just a title; it’s a mission field.

This Collective is open to all Christ-followers in the Valley — denomination fences aside. We are united by our faith in Jesus and a shared desire to reflect His light in our homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.

Through quarterly in-person gatherings, monthly virtual meetups, and faith-centered education opportunities, the Collective exists to:

• Equip you with practical, biblical leadership tools
• Encourage you with prayer, fellowship, and accountability
• Connect you with other Spirit-led leaders walking out their callings across industries and ministries

We are building a multi-generational, Spirit-empowered community — one where seasoned leaders and emerging voices walk together, lifting one another up and creating a strong presence for the Lord to do great things in His name.

This is a Kingdom movement — not just a membership.
Jesus is at the center, and discipleship is the goal.
